REFUNDS

We are sure you will love your purchase from Designer Rack Pret, however, should you change your mind we would like to make the returns process an easy and smooth one for our customers.

We offer easy hassle-free returns within 14 days of when you receive your order.
Please note some items are exempt from this policy. These include the following:
Sale
Party wear
Fancy beadwork fabrics

We request that all items are returned back unused and in their original packaging with tags on.
We ensure that should the return be in the condition stated, your return will be issued within 14 days of when we receive the item.
Designer Rack Pret cannot take responsibility for any parcel until it is delivered back to us.

Designer Rack Pret unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any return delivery charges.
If your item was posted out to you using free delivery, Designer Rack Pret will charge customers £3.99 on the return of the item. This excludes any items that are damaged or if an order was sent out incorrectly.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Our dedicated team will carry out a thorough quality check on every item before dispatch. In rare circumstances, should you receive an item that is damaged, Designer Rack Pret will ensure a full refund. The damaged item must be reported on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Please note if we are notified of faulty items after the day of delivery, we will not be held liable.

Please note a damaged item is only considered faulty or damaged on the physical condition of the item.
If the item ‘does not look like the picture’ or ‘is not the fabric, color or quality you expected, it is not eligible for a refund.
Please always ask for further pictures or descriptions before purchasing if you wish.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds under the policy of the damaged good. It is possible that sale items have been reduced due to end-of-season styles, minor markings, or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will be not classified as damaged.
Therefore it must be stated that sale items are nonrefundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

The damaged goods policy does not apply to chiffon, organza, or fancy beaded fabrics due to the nature of the product.

Our team will always ensure a thorough quality check before dispatching.

PARCEL DELIVERY ITEMS

The delivery time period is provided as an estimated time frame. Although Designer Rack Pret will always try our best to deliver items on time, there may be times when the courier is unable to do this.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Should your parcel not be delivered within 7 working days of purchase, please contact our team to investigate this.
Please allow up to 28 working days from the date of dispatch for our team to liaise with the courier company.

RETURN OF ITEMS

Designer Rack Pret is not responsible for return postage. This is solely the responsibility of the customers.
We recommend all returning items are sent back using tracking and insured delivery. Designer Rack Pret is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns will only be accepted if the returned items are in complete packaging with tags and in a resaleable condition.

Products can be returned or exchanged in-store.

Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.

Please only make purchases when you are completely satisfied. If you are unsure about items or fabrics then please call or come into the store so view products before purchasing.
